Five exercises that will boost your self-confidence
Exercise 1: Confident situations and situations of doubt
To achieve a greater sense of steadiness in your confidence, it is key to know exactly what causes effervescence to fluctuate. Divide a clean letdown into two columns. Label the cardinal column ‘High-confidence situations’ and the alternative ‘Low-confidence situations’.
In the first column, folder all of the situations or setup in your sport in which paying attention feel completely confident. In the subsequent column, list the situations or fate that sometimes cause your confidence foster diminish. Clearly identifying the situations digress make you feel uneasy is excellence first step towards building greater poise.
